All students should attend 2 curriculum classes per week – choose two from the classes available for your rank - VERY FLEXIBLE! If you miss a class, please feel free to make up the class(es) the following week. *Board Breaking is for Red Belts and up. You may only attend one Board Breaking class per week. Sparring and Board Breaking classes are optional classes and do not count as curriculum classes. Students need a minimum of 12 – 14 curriculum classes to be eligible for Rank Advancement.
